Dove Barn Commitment

At Dove Barn we have always honored our client’s right to data privacy and protection. We do not use any data collected for any purposes other than the reason it was supplied.  We will not share data with any other parties.  This means that we have no need to collect and process client’s information beyond what is required for the functioning of our business.  No personal data is transferred outside the UK. We place a high priority on protecting and managing your data and we are ready to comply with applicable GDPR regulations in May 2018.

Your personal information will be securely stored on our Wedding Database.  This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, address, email address and phone number.  Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us. We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for the following purposes:

A. To fulfil an enquiry or send out a brochure;
B. To contact you if required in connection with your show round or to respond to any communications you might send us.
C. To inform you of any updates or offers we might periodically have available.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We will never share your Personal Data with third parties. We will disclose your Personal Data only if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
